UoN 2022 Open Day
Equipping High School students and graduates to make informed career choices. Delighted to host Baptist High School, Tudor High School and Allidina Visram High School.
As part of the University of Nairobi and Equity Bank afforestation partnership, UoN Mombasa Campus in conjunction with the County Government of Mombasa held a tree planting and mentorship event at Marimani High School on 5th June 2021.
The CEC, County Government of Mombasa, Hon. Dr. Nato expressed the County Government's commitment to restoration of the ecosystem in line with the 2021 World Environment Day theme. The UoN Mombasa Campus Director Dr. Kinyanjui implored participants to meet their individual and collective obligations in preserving and protecting the environment.

The COVID-19 pandemic, amidst other factors, has wrecked havoc on our economy. Rising above the dire situation calls for well thought out strategies. On Thursday 20th May 2021, The School of Law and the School of Business, University of Nairobi, Mombasa Campus in conjunction with the Mombasa Law Society organised a Public Lecture themed; In Pursuit of Economic Recovery: Recalibrating Kenya's Vision Post Covid 19.Guest Speaker was Dr. Mukhisa Kituyi.
The School of Law, Mombasa Campus has received a grant from the UNDP Amkeni Wakenya Project which seeks to enhance access to justice. Under this project, Mombasa Campus will run legal aid clinics with a focus on children in conflict with the law; build capacity on alternative justice mechanisms for child offenders and create awareness on just responses to child SGBV victims as well as SGBV victims with disabilities.
A record 2,851 graduands were conferred degrees and awarded diplomas by the Chancellor, Dr. Vijoo Rattansi at the 63rd Graduation Ceremony on September 25, 2020 held at the Great Court.
The graduates who followed the ceremony virtually consisted of 54 Doctor of Philosophy Degree Awards (PhDs), 370 Master Degree Awards, 15 Postgraduate Diploma Awards, 2045 Bachelor Degree Awards and 367 Diploma Awards.
