The Justice Kathurima M'inoti officially launched the East African Law Journal in Mombasa. The East African Journal was originally started in 1967 to give an opportunity for staff, students and legal professionals an opportunity to publish their research findings.
Present during the launch were; DVC-RIE Prof.Madara Ogot, Principal CHSS Prof.Enos Njeru, Chief Magistrate, County Leader NORHED Pro. Patricia Kameri-Mbote, Mombasa Law Courts Hon. Ameyo Nyaloti, Visiting Judge Justice Majanja, Campus Director Dr. Sarah Kinyanjui, Managing Editor EALJ Dr.Agness Meroka and student representatives.
